I purchased a Z32 TT Axle from Dennis on Feb 8th for a customer of mine in Florida. I explained to Dennis that the package needed to be shipped to Florida and provided him with my customer's address via email. To remind him again I also included my customer's address in the "notes" section on PayPal. Dennis shipped the package via Parcel Post USPS to the wrong address where it was declared "undeliverable" and is being returned to sender. Upon contacting Dennis he claimed someone else shipped the package. He stated that when the axle is returned to him, I can either pay more for shipping for him to try again, or he can refund my payment minus $35 for the shipping he screwed up on. Instead of Dennis refunding my payment, I now have to open a paypal claim. This is a perfect example of how not to do business.
